Who Needs It?
Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration
⇒ Your vehicle has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or Gross Combination Weight Rating (GCWR) of 26,001+ pounds
⇒ You’re transporting at least 16 passengers
⇒ You’re transporting hazardous materials and require placarding
Federal Aviation Administration
⇒ You are a certificated air carrier or operator who is authorized to conduct operations by the DOT.
